Our Statement of Purpose:

Our aim here at Clwb Cefn is to provide accessible, affordable, quality childcare for children aged from 2 and a half years of age. We hope that our service will be able to support working families and those in education or training. Within Clwb Cefn Playgroup, we aim to help the children develop themselves emotionally, socially and physically. We see our role as one of guiding the child in each of these areas in order to help  them to achieve their full potential.

Opening hours and Fees:

Monday – Friday:

8.45am – 12.45pm @ £12.50 per session

8.45am - 3.00pm @ £21.00 per session

8.45am - 5.30pm @ £31.00 per session

 

Clwb Cefn Playgroup is registered for 10 children at one time.

At break time the children will be given a choice from a variety of fruit and a drink of either milk or water to help promote the children’s general awareness of healthy eating. During snack time we encourage quiet and calm behaviour and good table manners.

In Clwb Cefn Playgroup we spend time painting, colouring, collage making, dressing up, playing house, building, playing with the play dough, sand, water, cars, jigsaws, listening to stories, singing songs and much more.

We offer a range of outdoor toys and full use of the schools yard, field and adventure playground.

 

Clwb Cefn Playgroup is a member of the Wales Pre-School Playgroup Association (WPPA) and is registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate of Wales (CSSIW).  A copy of our most recent Inspection report is available on request or can be viewed on line at www.cssiw.org.uk

Clwb Cefn is a self-funding service so any ideas concerning fundraising for the group would be most welcome.
